Aerial Silk Class!
Ever wanted to try aerial silks or just want to try something new? Join the Beginner Flow Aerial SIlk class! The class is less about fitness level and introduces a new experience. In a Beginners class, one learns the essential wraps, grips, and traps, the basis of the practice, while becoming familiar with the hammock and inversions. This will be a private event limited to SAB Members only.
